By participating in the Giveaway of a Texas State Fair Season Pass, you agree and understand the full terms outlined below and in the visual. Furthermore, you, the participant, certify that you are a DFW resident that you will utilize the pass as intended or gift it to someone that does. IF you are not a local resident or do not have anyone to gift to, we ask that you please let us know so that we can draw for another name in the giveaway.

• Rule 1 "Follow", while required, can be an exception for those without social media. See "Verification" below or contact marcelianocompany@gmail.com
• Rule 2 "Order Sign Up" there are no exceptions to this method of entering the giveaway. Valid pieces of merch are here at MarcelianoCo.com and navigating to the Top Fan Status sign up can be found on the page tabs or on the top of the site buttons "20% OFF". • Rule 3 "Entries" can be aggregated except for Top Fan Sign Up which can only be counted (1) time and the Shoutouts can only be applied UP to (2) times. 
  • You can receive (1) entry for EVERY  piece of merch up until 11:59am CST September 20, 2024.

VERIFICATION

For ease of counting entries, be sure merch orders are in the SAME name and the same as the name used to pay for Top Fan Status. If there are any issues, DM us on social media or email us to resolve them. All orders and sign-ups during the giveaway window will be counted regardless of the aforementioned and manually entered on the raffle name picker. 

MEDIUM OF RAFFLE

We will be utilizing a name picker that chooses (1) name at random. This can be found and viewed at Random Name Picker: Draw a Winner at Random (commentpicker.com) For every entry, your name/handle will entered the same amount . Example: if you signed up for Top Fan Status, ordered (1) piece of merch and shouted me out once on your page and tagged me, your name will be entered a total of (4) times. If names of orders/sign up do not match, the names will entered as it reflects on that order/sign up and the winner will be contacted with the corresponding information provided.
